    no guy i got it from said he was goin to mail me the title and now i cant get ahold of him so i got fucked over pretty much but all u have to do is get a bonded title and u can get it tagged no big deal

    trying to help the guy out..

    i bought my 323 with no title. by the time everything was done and legit, even with the tag and title bond, i only paid about $200. and like $140 of that was the inspection.

    why dont you go and get the bonded title and then try selling it first..!!cuz you will not get 4500 for that in its condition.!!
