    Default DVD Ripping software (not illegal material related)

    Ive got a DVD with some video clips taken of a buddys car and id like to import them to my computer and save them as .avi or .mpg format... can anyone recommend a good program to rip the clips with? thanks

    hrm.

    dvdshrink.com will get you the stuff off the dvd..a

    and im pretty sure that Virtual dub will take those files and save as whatever you want. you can also chop them up a little.
