its an all-motor valvetrain by phantom grip. it has flat faced valves and dual valve springs, titanium retainer, honda keepers and it will fit a gsr head or typeR head. they are meant for high rpms without breaking. if you want to run cams in your car you need this stuff.

yes you can run skunk2 stage 2. you can run just about any cam you want. but if you plan on turboing your car flat faced vavles are not the best application. all depends on what you have to trade?

    www.phantomgrip.com

these come with Valves, Springs, and Retainers. They are called "all motor" cause they are flatfaced valves, but in reality, they only bump compression .2 at the most. the cc and dish of the valve isnt taht aggressive.

Will fit ITR, GSR, B16 Heads. I dont know the spring rated of the Valvesprings or the Seat Pressure, but im sure they are similar to Skunk2/Ferrea Specs, since the valves are made by Ferrea for Phantom Grip.

$350 is a STEAL, they retail for $600
