    i saw it last night, definately NOT what i expected. granted there were a good amount of funny parts, but the story line was dark and i didn't expect it to end up the way it did. honestly i would have seen something else knowing all that i do now. it wasn't a catastrophe but it definately wasn't something i'll be watching again or renting.

    i grade nicely but still

    I was really disappointed by the movie. Not what i expected, and they left the funniest guy out of the movie basically. Raaaaaaaandy! But Judd Apatow said he is planning a spin-off movie with him.

    i thought it sucked, for having such funny people in the movie it really was more boring than funny.

    overall its worth watching, but also worth waiting till it comes on video. for gods sake i watched it and the proposal 2day and the proposal was funnier. they just put 3 awesome comedians in a movie with a semi serious plot. i give it a 6 out of 10

    so long. it felt like they took the shots from the movie and just placed them in there. i didnt like the love part to it. not very funny imo

    yea that sucked, was annoying and overzealous. Which is weird, because Judd Apatow is normally very good at writing quirky love stories.... The 40-Year Old Virgin, Knocked-Up, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story.

    I wanted to not like it but I did. I was not aware Adam Sandler had the depth to play that character. I want to punch him in the fucking head for like 99% of the movie. I probably won't watch it again but it is worth watching once. 7 out of 10

    good movie but def could've been done just as well (if not better) if they'd trimmed about 20 min from it.

    yeah, it's kinda funny how the hangover has been movie of the yr to compare all other comedies too.

    at the same time though, i don't think funny people was trying to portray that type of comedy either so i'm not sure a comparison is even fair.
