    Default Which brand of head units has the best overall quality?

    I'm torn between the:
    -Panasonic MXE CQ-C9901U http://www.crutchfield.com/S-nXPLQ3p...300&I=133C9901

    -Kenwood KDC-MP928 http://www.crutchfield.com/S-nXPLQ3p...300&I=113MP928

    -Clarion ProAudio DXZ855MP http://www.crutchfield.com/S-nXPLQ3p...00&I=020DXZ855

    -Pioneer DEH-P80MP http://www.crutchfield.com/S-nXPLQ3p...0&I=130DEHP80M


    .... Any help or suggestions? I'm leaning towards the panasonic right now because of the 70x4 watt max....

    alpine...but that's just my prefrance, i could probably run a stock radio and the best aftermarket radio on the same speakers and %95 of people probably couldn't tell a difference if the EQ's were set the same

    pioneer or clarion IMO but thats me, I run a Clarion VRX745 touchscreen DVd/cd in my car, and i love it

    eclipes' are nice and all but i've heard of A LOT of them that have problems down the road, not with the electronics but with the buttons and other pieces breaking and sticking...

    eclipse....they normally put out 8-10 volts on the rca output...sound quality is incredible!!

    I have the Eclipse CD8053 right now, 16V pre-outs. SQ on that HU is absolutely incredible, I'm actually about to sell it if anyone's interested. I'm switching back to Alpine for the iPod adapter and their Nav unit.
