Quick RECENT Scenario: Leaving Publix

Woman (stranger) says: "How are you?"

My Response: "Hi"

She asked me a valid question and my response was completely unusable.

I COMPLETELY FKED THAT ONE UP AND THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A DO-OVER.

Worst Scenario: Crossing paths with a gentleman (It was so quick that I guess I couldn't think quick enough)

Guy: "How you doin?"

Me: "How you doin?"

I pretty much repeated the exact same thing to him VERBATIM, possibly in the exact same way as well.

DAMNIT, Wonder if they think of how much of a screw up i was?
