    Here's some pics that my friend snagged at the race...CONGRATS TO LEH KEEN AND DIRK WERNER IN THE 87 FARNBACHER LOLES GT3!!!! KEEP EXTENDING THAT CHAMPIONSHIP LEAD!

    Did they just do the oval or did they do the road course too. I didnt know Brumos put on that race.

    They did the road course. I'm going to the race at Barber this weekend. Hopefully I can snap some pics.

    nice pics. but i just dont like those cars. they are not sexy at all to me.

    I was at the speedway last weekend. Which they had something going on but they did not.

    I don't like the DP cars either.

    I followed Grand Am a lor before the 2003 switch. I miss the likes of the Riley & Scott Mark III. It is why i have always prefer the ALMS to Grand Am.

    ALMS has been a drag this season. It's lacking in excitement compared to Rolex.

    That is because only Acura is left to run the top of the series after Porsche and Audi left.

    The European Le Mans series is a different story.

    Peugeot is represented with Peugeot Sport, Aston martin is represented by Prodrive, Pescarolo is represented by Pescarolo Sport, Audi is represented by Krumm and Oreca is fielding a car as well.

    The bad economy is to blame but after the dust clears, ALMS should come back strong. Corvette racing has confirmed the GT2 C6R will debut at Mid Ohio.

    I will admit, I'm stoked to see how Corvette Racing does in GT2. And yes, ALMS sucks for the exact reasons you stated above.
