    Default Need Help identifying Turbo

I was told that the turbo was a T04e 60 trim
    - but I think it's a T04s
    - the cold side is a .60 AR and the Exhaust Housing shows .70 AR
    - and in between there is a Y4 stamp in the middle

Is there any sort of metal I.D. plate on the center section?

It looks like a to4e cover and its a journal bearing. It appears to be a t4 turbine housing but it may be the pictures. You can measure the distance between the bolt holes to see if its t4 or t3. If you take off the housings and measure the inducer and exducer of the turbine and compressor wheel it will be easier to find out what it is.

If you take off the wheels and measure them you can tell what trim it is. The markings on the housings are not trim they are a/r. Thats the area of the scroll versus the radius.
