    Default Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce; The asian hot sauce

    Who uses it and who doesn't? If you haven't, you are god dang missing out!
    This makes all of your asian foods taste way better! I use it on almost everything that seems applicable so it can make my food taste better! Pho, spaghetti, triple hashbrowns all the way, Chicken wings, sausages, fried rice, pad thai, steak, you name it! It's not too hot or too weak and tastes just right.

    Btw, korean hot sauce isn't too bad either

    You can find it @ your local Walmart in the asian section or at any oriental place.

    Been using the stuff for years. It makes pizza taste awesome. Also try it in some ramen that has scrambled egg in it, just drain alot of the water out.

    You can put that stuff on damn near anything. I also use the paste form that is a little thicker.

    You don't want to use it in Pho because it overpowers the subtle flavors in the broth. The broth that comes with Pho usually cooks for a few hours and is really tedious to prepare. When you burn it up with Sriracha you might as well be eating Ramen.

    I like Sriracha myself, I use it on all other Asian food, especially spring rolls/egg rolls. I have never tried it on hashbowns all the way... I might just have to sneak in a bottle next time I go to WaHo.

    One thing similar I like to use when I'm cooking is Tuong ot Toi chili garlic paste. Its similar to Sriracha but its more coarse and has a stronger garlic flavor.

    Disregard this statement all. Sriracha should be put into any bowl of pho that is going to be consumed. Thanks. That stuff is great by the way. Been using it for years.

    A little dash is ok, or as a dipping sauce for the meat/noodles.

    But if you put a whole gob in the bowl with the broth, then you might as well be eating ramen and steak-umms as far as flavor goes.

    Don't get me wrong... I love spicy food and I love Sriracha. Which is probably why I don't eat Pho that often... its not supposed to be so spicy you can't taste it and the flavor of the broth is overpowered by a strong flavor like Sriracha very easily. Sri works best with food that can stand up to its flavor.

    I mix it up w/ soy sauce and pepper in a lil bowl fir dipping my sushi in.


    Also mix it with worcestershire sauce and let it soak up in to hambuger patties for about 2-3 hours. FIRE BURGERS FTW...

    lol take it from an asian. This sauce HAS to be put in PHO. Thats why they have it there for you to use! yeh also used to about 90% of different noodles from soup to fried noodles. Have u guys ever mixed it in a sauce plate with the brown Hoisin sauce and take your meat from your pho and take a dip in it and eat it?? if not, you are missing out!

    I'm half-korean, and my Mother has a bottle ready to eat with her korean dishes. I like hot sauces alot. but i've never dared to try this one.. I just imagine it to taste a certain way, which i think will taste bad, but it actually might be good since all of you is giving it good reviews... i might try it. hahahaa

    i put that shit in just about everything when you dont have anything but rice to eat go get a bowl and add some sriracha sauce and some soy sauce and your set to go

    I love Sriracha! I love it so much, I sweat when i eat it. I mean I put it on everything. Although I am always afraid of the consequences if I eat too much...lol!

    LOL. This sauce has been around for like a century. It's best with Pho (Vietnamese Noodle Soup for the noobs) but I have ate it with pizza too & it's pretty good!!
