    Default Civic Valve Adjustament Question

    I am adjustaing my valves for a 97 DX Coupe this monday and i'm trying to find out what tool i need for my Crank Shaft and what the tool is to measure my valves and where I can get both. I am pretty sure i can get everything at autozone but i don't knwo what its called exactly. Thanks

    You need a set of Angled feeler gauges for the valves.. you can use a straight pair but it's a pita. As for the crankshaft, you'll need a 14mm socket (I THINK, check before you go buy something) and a breaker bar.

    you can get the feeler gauges at napa for like 4 bucks.. and i'm assuming you already have the tools

    a long extension and i think its a 17mm socket... 10mm wrench and a screw driver.
