    Exclamation F22A4 engine rebuild

Anyone got any suggestions on a engine rebuild for 1990 honda accord F22A4? I've got about 251,000 miles on it and would like some input as to what i need to do to rebuild the engine.

Go ahead and get a 96+ AccordSOHC VTEC 2.2 w/ VTEC, we did this swap in my buddies 90 accord, and it ran great. Mid 15s on the motor in a coupe. He paid $700 for the swap, the bought a vtec controller. He beat many H22 swapped accords at commerce, and the look on thier faces when they saw only 1 cam.....priceless.

yes i read it. i was just wondering where he got the swap done at, and how much did he pay for the engine. The swap was $700......... wasn't sure if that included the engine and labor.
