    Default o2 sensor ?

    is the o2 sensor for a non vetc motor the same as the one on a vtec motor? jw cause i got a header of a d16z6 and put it on my d15b7 and now its throwing a check engine light

    yes, if they both are 4 wire

    i know its a 4 wire and all but it did the same thing on my buddies car so we got him the one from his car and it worked fine.. then agian your o2 might be bad?

    I think it should be the same the easiest way to find out for sure is to check the part numbers of the part to see. I would use the make/model/year of the car on one the the autoparts stores websites to see if the 0-2 sensors come back with the same p/n
