    Default Can't Register - Disabled by Admin

    My friend is trying to register but cannot due to the error:

    "    Sorry, registration has been disabled by the administrator"

    Help please!

    Banning you would be easier if you want, if you think that would help. what part of the error message dont you or your friend get? For now, we are not allowing anyone to register. Not hard to get.
