Default '99 Integra GS -- WRECKED

    IT'S BEEN WRECKED

    $1900 OBO

    Year: 1999
Miles: 101,XXX (might roll over to 102k before sell)
Trim: GS (power everything, moonroof, leather, etc)
    Motor: B18b1, original motor
    Tranny: 5 speed
    VIN: JH4DC4361XS010131

Mods: Tokico 5 way adjustable shocks with Skunkworks (old school skunk2) coilovers, clear corner lights, ITR lip

Pros: Runs VERY good, no grinds, very smooth, looks great... almost completely stock. Nice interior. CLEAN carfax and no signs of any wrecks (VIN on body panels). Still even has the jack, spare, owners manual, stock radio, etc. COLD A/C, HOT HEAT. Everything works but the cruise control, needs the "set" button. 30mpg city and about 34mpg interstate!!!

Cons: This is a repaint, looks good but there is some overspray on the weatherstripping, and some dings (front bumper has a piece missing under the lip). The car smokes upon cold start up, but I had a mechanic look at it and he said the rings are sticking. When the car warms up, NO smoke... he suggested seafoaming the motor and it might help. Interior isn't perfect (leather wear, carpet stains) The original hood had some minor dings/rock chips, so this one is NOT the original hood and is white underneath. 4-20: I've been informed there was damage on the right rear quarter panel and hatch from a fallen tree. The rear hatch is not original. I've looked at the frame rails and what not and they look perfect, but there has been some damage.

    ******EDIT******

Shock tower is pushed over and touching the brake master cylinder. The frame rail went under the guard rail though. The airbags did NOT deploy. Interior is still in nice shape. Something is making a noise when the car is running, most likely the power steering pump and the pulley hitting something. It's also idling at around 3k rpms.

Anyone is more than welcome to come check it out!

    ITR lip is still included

I think you should just make one thread that says car for sale. And just update the first post when you are selling a different car.

I've had 3 integras, all 3 had the problems known listed. I'll run seafoam through it and change the oil, but I'm not going to do anymore.

What 10 year old car doesn't have problems?

    Mine's 15 years old, not 1 problem.

    I've owned 2 integra's, countless LS motors, and a B18C. Not a single one of them smoked/burned oil/lost compression.

Oh, and FYI, the DMV is only going to let you register 6 cars a year, after that you'll have to become a dealer.

    GL anyhow.

That usually means the car was not properly taken care of throughout the life of it for it to smoke like that. Not the end of the world, but not something I would like to deal with.

GL with the games anyways. lol

FYI I wouldn't run seafoam through it. That's bad.

Real question is how much oil does it consume per mile. If it's a qt every 2000-3000 miles its not a big deal, typical high mileage motor

If it's 1 qt every 500-1000 miles that's much more serious

You said your tranny is slipping

And it only smokes when it's cold. Takes about 1/2 mile for it to stop...

If this is the same one you are telling me about, I bet it does have problems in 6 years... It makes serious power. If he don't just keep it on a trailer, things that make power, break.

Automatic Preludes are notorious for that......especially at 140k miles on an original tranny!
