Default 1/5th scale GAS rc buggy

Selling my Hpi Racing Baja 5b RTR V1.0

    Purchased this mid March '09
Purchased the truck (baja 5t) version a few days later and never touched this one again

This is one of the original Baja's RTR.
They recently discontinued these and now offer a 2.0 version with few upgrades but its quite a bit more expensive then these were.
(your most likely going to break something and replace it with aftermarket parts, so its easier on your wallet starting with a cheaper model)

    These things are ridiculously fun!
    23lbs moving at 40mph and its about 32" x 18" in size.

    Comes ready to run.
Original box, tools, fluids, manual, radio, charger, everything just like new.

It has 2.5 tanks through it.
Battery was charged for a full 6hours as per manual instruction prior to first run. Fuel was mixed at 25:1 ratio as per manual instructions. The manual does not say anything about a break-in period but I did take it easy for the first tank of gas, it took forever! The second tank was ran on dirt and tarmac, the soft stock nubby tires wore down within minutes.

    Its basically brand new.

    Hop-ups installed
Hostile AT rear tires - $50.00
    Badhorsie shock covers - $24.00
    Outerwears air-filter cover - $15.00
    Outerwears pullstart pre-filter - $25.00
HPI Racing HD blue wheel beads - $27.00

These still retail for $800 if you can find them new.
New version retails for $1000-$1100, so this is quite a deal for some serious fun.

    SOLD

These run on normal gasoline and 2stroke oil.
Basically your normal 23cc CY weed eater motor in a rc car

    and here's the pictures....
