Might be selling the Corvette in 6 months!
One of my dad's friends is getting transfered to go work in Germany. He is not taking any of his cars with him overseas and my dad told him that he wanted first call on his 2008 Dodge Viper. If they can work something out with a good deal then I will be rocking a V10 from now on.The Viper only has 3100 miles on it, coupe, and black. I'll post the pictures when my dad gets the e-mail!

Ian come on now, I could buy my own car if need by but in no way would it be as nice as the Corvette. As for me saying it is "mine" my dad gave it to me and it is in his name and mine.
Hopefully it works out, if not I will not be heartbroken cause I am 100% satisfied with the Corvette. However, there is nothing wrong with driving a Viper either. The Dodge Viper in my mind is close to the mecca of the modern day American sports car.
get it and trade it for a z06... looks better and still a nice upgrade from standard c6

i really like the viper (ESPECIALLY the '08's) my only concern is that with the Viper, from what I have been told, the ride quality is a LOT stiffer than a vette. I wonder how DD friendly that car would be compared to your current car. do you have another vehicle as a 'beater'?

Nope no other beater, However I only drive 10~ mines on MWF and 5~ miles on T/TR. On the weekend I usually ride with people or walk where I'm going.

vipers are just ugly...never have liked em... I don't doubt their performance capabilities but the z06 is just sexy....sounds better too. I've only heard a couple vipers that sound good.
