Yea I seen that a while back.
I am pretty sure it was built in 93 or 94.

There appears to be the Prodrive Mondeo in one of those pics.

I read the article on it. So it is a Supersaloon the race the Class II Super Touring cars.

I like the body lines of the wide-body kit...

I would have preferred they keep the little corner lights on the headlights, though.

And, if someone else were to EVER do this...making it RWD, etc.

I'd say "Keep it Honda." by throwing in the K20 or whatever it's called, out of the S2000 and turbo that if anything.

I dont think there is a honda motor that would do anything better than the 2.0 yb motor

Race was the 1991 RA 300K. Car came 9th overall and first in class.

Car: Spice SE90P #88-004 - Acura V6 3000 cc N/A
