Default z32 maf vs. a maxima maf sensor?

I have a sr20 that i was running with a z32 maf sensor. My question is will a maxima maf work just as well?

N60 maxima maf tops out around 330-350hp. After that you need Z32... my 510 has a maxima maf cause i got it for like $5... and i'm not yet planning on making more power but when I do can buy a N62 and retune

IF you are tuned with the z32 it might not like the maxima maf, but if you aren't tuned then it should be fine after it adjusts to it

different voltage in and out settings...

im asuming youve got some type of piggy back or something, if so you can change the settings in the piggy back or standalone. however, if youve got a chipped ecu youre going to need to stick with the mafs that it is chipped for, or have it rechipped somewhere...

aka stick with the z32 mafs.

once you start pushing major power you need to switch to a map sensor and standalone on an sr anyways.

and that doesnt make any sense at all. any minor engine modifications needs a tune,

even alot of n/a 4 cylinders can make up to 20hp more with boltons and a very nice tune. even a stock sr with a fmic needs a tune to be effective.

noob oh and ive seen 1000hp on MAF system. no need to change to map unless you like to RE-TUNE every time the weather changes.

not true, many people run FPR based setups at low boost in KA-T applications without a tune, but a tune is recommended

not that a tune isn't recommended. I have a rom tune on my sr for all the mods and then also going to add a piggyback
