so first of all i would like to say it was total fair and in his right to say no to the deal and have all rights not to go through with any deal because it was his item and did not sign any agreement.

this thread is primarily being written just to warn people that if they drive south who knows how many hours, he may just flake on you as well.

now..the thread- integra type r front clip RHD!

i had pmed joeman about the clip and he told me he was taking trades. i made a list of everything i had and sent it to him. he responed by telling me he would take my front usdm itr and rear usdm itr seats for the front rhd clip.
i had told him i would do that but i would need something else and replacement seats so that i could drive around. lol. he told me he would give me his nrg itr knockoffs with the front clip for my front and rear seats.

now we had talked about this since sunday and he was all for it. i asked him one last time yesterday morning if he was sure he wanted to do the trade because i was goin to have to rent a trailor. he agreed that there was no way he was backing out bc he really wanted some usdm itr seats.

last night about 8, he txt me saying sry. he cant do the deal unless he gave me stock LS seats instead. luckily he told me that yesterday instead of driving down there to valdosta BUT im out 30 bucks bc i cant get my money back from renting the trailor. oh well, no hard feelings. he came down to 300obo for the clip from the 500 but i didn't have the money, hence i wanted to trade parts.

now if he would have told me sooner instead of dragging this out so that i wouldn't have gotten the trailor, it would have been alot better.

its not that he said no to the deal, im just a warning to whoever that he may change the deal on you or may even ditch you when you get there. so just be cautious. valdosta is along way from atlanta and i know most people on here are from atl.

ohh man, i had made a deal with this guy about 20 minute ago,,i ask him if he want cash plus trade. 200 bucks plus civic d15 complete swap for his rhd clip..

if 30 bucks is no big deal then payapl the man the money and im sure hed be ok with that. its not just 30 bucks its wasted time on top of money. i know with the economy now people are hesitant to leave work earlier than need be for fear they may not get to come back.

You really want to know about how we react when people really screw people over on here? Ask the dude you just backed out on about his ordeal with a member on here named Andrew Rousch. And how one member on here is taking him to court, others have offered to testify against Andrew for free.

We dont mess around with scammers or flakes on here. Yours may be a minor instance, but you screwed the dude out of time, $30, gas to go get and return the trailer, and you came back being a jackass.

Read his first sentence, where he said you have every right to change your mind and not go through with a sale. Its just the fact you told him you were 100% for sure down for the trade, then you tell him after he wasted his time and money to get a trailer the deal was off. He is warning others that you flaked on him. What if he had gotten down there and you changed your mind when he was 20 miles from you? Different story then huh?

This forum is here for discussion, and he is using it properly. Others are welcome to post, pretty sure this is an open forum? So sorry, I will keep posting, not matter how many times you tell me its not my business.

And this site is VERY informative with lots of very intelligent people and lots of good information. Not all Honda owners, not all D series related junk either. You should not have been selling in the first place according to the rules, and you did some shady business that a member brought to everyones attention.
