Make sure your pics are not to big, if they are resize them on paint...

To post pictures, you'll need to press alt+f4.

why don't you guys post something up in the new members section. this isn't really the place.

but to help...

for avatar go to the top of the screen and click the quick links drop down menu and go to edit avatar. there is also an edit signature button. you'll have to upload an avatar from your computer that is 100x100 and the signature will have to be a web hosted file and be in [img] tags.
