i recently got a crack on my transmission but it is not leaking but i do not want to take the risk of driving it in that condition so i was wondering could i get it fixed and if so how much would it be; would jb weld work(don't really trust it to hold); or get a another tranny

jb will hold if scuff up the area first. there isnt to much u can do on that piece.

A new transmission wouldn't be horribly expensive...and if you need a new clutch/flywheel/whatever then it'd be a good time to swap out.

if no leaks and no major issues, then i'm sure JB weld can solve that crack! 8D

jb weld does work i used it on my brothers preludes tranny and it worked just fine..
but idk how long it lasted because we sold the car a week later

but i think its worth a shot
