    my distributor is making a loud clicking noise
    what does that mean?

    is the car running?. b/c it just might be comming from your head, and you may need to do some valve adjustment.

    First things first.... if the noise is def coming from the dizzy, i say take that cap off and take a good look around inside... Then, move on to step 2 if everything there is okay. Step2 is valves/head....

    yea thats what i was gunna say.. also b/c that little rotor button might be hitting the cap or something.

    i was told to check the rotor button
    but i dont want to take the cap off and "fix" it then it not work
    lol

    is there a certain way to tighten the screw on the rotor button
