    Default I need good accident lawyer

    my brother got hit 8 months ago by papa johns driver and basically fucked his audi... They are still fighting with insurance so we need good lawyer that isn't too expensive!

    wish I could help you man.

    I had a lawyer, but for speeding. Doesnt do you much good. There is one guy who I heard was real good...he's on all the phone books, the older gentleman that looks like he belongs in the mob. I can't find his number though...we used to have it somewhere around here...

    Marlow And Young...I used them. All they deal with is accidents and it is a free consultation. They will talk to you and everything and then decide if they will take the case. Pretty much if they will win they will take it. THey charge 33.33% of anything won which in my case is pretty cheap. I settled out of court.

    ohh and if they do not win they only charge the documentation fees which arent over 200. I settled out of court

    Shiit I had problems with my accident. Whats the problem? Is there an accident report that benefits your brother? Is it with the repair shop or whose at fault?

    Papa Johns drivers are typically covered by Papa Johns liability insurance when theyre on the clock, at least I was when I worked there. So, if theres like police documentation saying the driver was at fault, I don't get why its taking 8 months?
