My SDR opening test and tune.....
I suck at doing burnouts, I have never atempted to make smoke come from tires untill today. I couldn't get the tires heated up properly. Oh well another day I'll go back where I can get more than 2 fuckin runs in...

the track was sticky when you took off but as soon as i snatched it in second i spun like crazy. as you went further down the track it was even slippier. i was barking 4th. or i could have been my shitty street tires lol
It's was an ok time but with the tires I have I without a doubt should have been in 12s. Oh well I go out there another day when it's not as crowded as it was today. I got a total of 2 fuckin passes! It has 12s in it for sure I just got to get this burnout thing down.

for sure, you ran a car or two before me and that thing was moving out of the hole, i think ill probably go again in 2 weeks though, really just depends on jimmy and them as im finally getting my exhaust done in the next week or so

took my friends stock 06 stang gt vert with an exhaust and 5 spd and did a best 14.2 @ 99.00 mph with a 2.2 60ft on street tires with .096 r/t. the 1/8 time was around high 9's i believe.

my over all impression of the day is "bullshit" i only got 2 runs in and the wait was waaaaaay too long. but its all good ill be back at SDR in the next few weeks by myself to get this burnout/launch right and get my 12 second pass the way the car sits.
my 1st run was 13.4 @ 107mph so i know if i get that 60 ft down it has it in it.
Yeah man, I dealt with that bullshit wait in November. I know it would move faster with different tires. But I ran No-Time all day and didn't wait more than 10 minutes the first 3 passes. The last pass was a long wait though.
Rarely do I see test and tune that crowded, alot of quick street cars were out for sure. I only got in three runs, literally an 1 1/2 wait for each. My best time was 15.0@92mph, not bad for a stock 8 valve single cam, right?

yea i got 4 passes in you just had to get there right as they opened to get that many. My best pass of the day was 13.94 @ 99. I was really dissapointed in it but I realize thats on street tires and alot of spinning. Maybe next time
Had a pretty good time today condsidering the wait, but damn was there alot of people there today. I got 4 runs in, had 2 13.9s and 2 14.0s. I dont know if many people saw but on my first pass i ran the blue c6 vette and at the finish line he lost control in front of me and scared the shit out of me, but saved it luckily. BTW i had the red integra with black gt3s.
