Okay, i know what beer pong is, i've played it, but what the hell is "Fuck you?"
basically three rows of card...top row has one card second 2 and third has thrree. Third row is where you start and its multiplied by one, second times two, and top row time three. Each person gets 4 cards. Flip one card on third row, key is you have to match suite or number, when you lay you card down say FUCK YOU SAMMICH for example. If no one has any cards left that match the fuck you goes to sammich and he has to drink for say there are 8 cards on top of the flipped card times one, so 9 seconds of drinking beer. Full Chug fucking sucks lol. Does that make sense?

its pretty horrible if your name was the last name called on the top row with everyones cards layed down. my friend had to drink for 51 seconds

I'm starting a diet monday. No soda, light beer, low starch, low carb, possibly high protein. I want to shed in total 75 pounds. But hopefully close to 40 by june. Im hoping for that.

I went drinking last night but im good this morning. I think I can do 40 lbs in 5 months. I've done so before. I mean fuck I used to weigh 339 lbs. That is a big motha fuckah. I'm 29X's right now and have been there for a little over a year. It's still pretty big, but still less than 339. shit lol
I'm going for 220-225 and then bulk up a little to 235-240. I will be happy there....actually overly happy haha
