    Default Painted The Wheels...

    LMK What Yall Think..

    How i did it.. Took The Wheels Off Sanded Them Down With 150grit Sandpaper then i used ascitone to clean them off then heated the rims up too 130 Degrees then sprayed them with the advanced autoparts grey wheel paint and clear coat...

    Yes There Is Overspray on the tires but i will wash that off once the rims are good and dry..

    should have just taped them off. Not very hard to do.

    why would you have to rebalenced? And 150 grit seems a little rough, I always go 400, 600, then 800 right before clear coat* But, I guess it looks better... Do you have before pics?

    Good point, buuuttt on the other hand.. Why ruin them, sell those things and put the money back in the bank after you get the new wheels* Just my I do wanna see the pics when you get the new wheels! JUST DONT PAINT THEM my fellow lazy friend lol

    i like that color, but yea 150 grit is super low, and index cards would have really saved you a pain in the ass

    i like the color.

    you should have at least put some vasaline(sp?) on the tires to make them easy to clean up, or like everyone else said use index cards.
