I hate to get rid of this car but i need the money or something dependable,

Body is in great shape and has original paint (no major dents or scratches)
Has B18B1 swap told it was from a 2001 LS so only has about 70K on it
LS integra seats
GSR Blades
CF hood (cracked but not for looks)
JDM amber corner lights
Full interior in excellent condition including the rare privacy hatch in the back
30mpg
Just got alignment done
I have Eibach springs and a Miracle rear lower sturt bar for sale with the car
stage 2 clutch with B18B tranny
Short throw shift
Cheap Intake but it works
Recently had a tune up (NGK spark plugs,new distributor etc)
just changed oil 200 miles ago

Needs tires
Needs suspension work (struts and eventually cv axles)
Needs Engine codes pulled (still has OBD1 computer)
^does cause a jerk sometimes but not often (i drive this car everyday)
Just found out it likes to act up when it rains (stall it self out)
unless you give it slight throttle to keep it runnin for a lil while
Hopefully ill get this fixed before i sell
