It was a friend's birthday last night and he stopped by the bar to celebrate with her about 30min or so, so he sat with the 3 of us. He is very nice. He and Warrick Dunn have the same laid-back attitude. We chatted about golf some and such. He isn't too bad. Low 80s, typically. He says that he tries to play 7-8 times a week! :eek3: Must be nice. Bought me a shot and we had a few drinks. I thought that he would be taller, though. He was only 6'2"-6'3" (my height). I didn't realize that I was older than him. He told me that he looks older because he gets "beat up" for a living. :rofl: :rofl: Of course, IA would always need proof of this:

Sweeet, it's fun to meet "famous" people, especially hang out with them. I was leaving the Capital Grill last fall and Dion Sanders rolls up in a purple suit with two 350lb black guys in a little ass mercedes..like a C320 or something...not AMG/SMG or anything, They were practically shoulder to shoulder in it, lol. He had an afternoon game in Baltimore the next day too. He gave me a nod and we said what's up, then i just stepped back out of the way of his entourage. Wasn't about to ask him to sign anything...i'm sure they get tired of hearing that all the time.

My Kung-Fu instructor for a few years was Michael Reid, he played for the Falcons in the late 80's and early 90's.

Hell, just a couple of weeks ago, I gave Kevin Sorbo and Jewel Staite (from Firefly) advice on Italian restaurants downtown and in Buckhead when they were hanging out at the front desk of the Mariott during dragoncon trying to find somewhere to eat. :P
