DON"T update your Zune 30 gb the clock update is corrupted freezes zune and they said by useing this update your warranty is gone you have to pay to fix it( if anything I still messed up !!!! )

. I'm on my 2nd iPod(upgraded not broken) and have never had a problem with them.The only thing I find generally stupid about iPod's is that once the batteries stop holding a charge they are pretty much garbage. Other than that I don't see why people hate on em. The Zune ddoesnt seem bad from what I have seen but I'd rather have an iPod.

You can mail them to Apple for a battery replacement. Some electronic stores can do it too.

Other than that I don't see why people hate on em.

Sidenote: Have never had an issue that wasn't caused by an owner's rampant abuse of an iPod. And considering my roommates destructive tendancies towards electronics, the fact that his iPod is still kicking says something for the quality of construction. Not that I dislike Zune (Plenty of neat features) But they just seem to cause everyone that I know with one constant minor headaches.
