title pawn. You should really try to start building some credit now, so when your ready for things like a house, car, etc you can get approved.

Use a place like Lendmark. The interest rates are a little high but they report to equifax, experion and trans union.

i already in the middle of a title pawn so i dont got a title so does the lendmark do loans with out colaterall?or were else could i get 1

Same thing as Lendmark. And yes you'll need collateral of some sorts. I used my tools as collateral when I got a loan from them awhile back.
