    how about a motorla v60? 25 bucks and it's your.. but not a color screen or camera phone though.

    some SONY ERRICSON... it has no camera but its full color and can sned/ recieve pictures... it also has blue tooth...it has the normal scratches from normal use, nothing major... no scratches on screen. 35 bx.
