i dont know about this one, it could go either way, if tampa plays us like they did the first time we met them this season then we will lose definitely. tampa is pretty solid.

man i really was not all that impressed by the win today. if the falcons hope to be a threat in the playoffs, they need to play better than how they performed today.

seriously, the falcons are going to have to step it up another level if they want to contend. the mistakes ryan made, and the defense letting bryant tear them up, man i dont know if they will hold it down "if" they make the playoffs.
I disagree with this post only because they weren't even predicted to make it anywhere near the playoffs. You have to remember that this is their "rebuilding" year. Even though they've played (pretty much) like a playoff caliber team most of the year, they're still learning. Each play, each other and the coach. Ryan's going to make mistakes. He's a rookie. The defense is going to come together. And even when they do, they're not always going to hold a receiver to no yards. And "if" they make it to the playoffs and lose in the first round, who cares? An alleged 4-12 team went 10-6 or 11-5 and went to the playoffs in the first place. That's Super Bowl enough for me this year. Later, QD.

Hell, I told myself that if the Falcons won 6 games it would be a good year...
cant really fault the falcons,they were one worst teams last year,now they have a new coach,new RB,rookie QB and thier 9-5....give them some slack
and they will deff contend in the playoffs,they beat carolina and thier the 2nd best team in the NFC
I was at the game and all I have to say is that the TB defense that was shreaded last week is not the same defense that played this week. They were quicker, and tackled MUCH better against Turner or Norwood.
Very true and very good point. When a football team loses, what they do is review videos, find out why, and practice and fix the problems they did in that game. Obviously they lost to carolina and gave up over 300 yrds rushing, so you could see they tightend up on run defense. The falcons should have won 30-10 or so, but gave up way to many turnovers, 2 int and the fumble in the endzone were 3 td's taking away from them.

You seem to have fallen in with the crowd that thinks that the Falcons should be playing flawless ball. Just because they've exceeded their expectations, people act like the Falcons will let them down if they don't make it all the way or even to the playoffs. All these Falcons bandwagon jumpers are happy now because they are winning and will tell you they suck if they lose. That was a shitty game. Ryan's worst of the season. Whatever, we got the win and a very important one at that.
yeah i know, ryan was not looking all that hot. i couldnt believe how that one DB stripped the ball from ryan, but he was able to recover. and then that one pass he threw behind norwood, it was like he was out of sync sort of.
shit the falcons been threw shit these past 3 years i give them props cuz they stepping theyre game up take a look at pats. they were the shit last year but this year they went down
