    That bitch deserves it. Why the fuck would you cross in front of a car on a snowy hill? Even if you have the right of way and you know they're gonna try to stop for you, physics says for 3 by 6 inch contact patches simply cannot hold back 4,000 pounds of metal on ice with gravity pulling at a 30 degree angle as well as the momentum from moving.
