    appreciate it Tone....WiFi is one of the reasons I'm giving the Pearl 8220 Flip a try. So far I'm not liking it though. I'm upgrading the OS as I type hoping that the new one has fixed the few bugs I've ran into. My biggest gripe is that its WiFi is slow as shiat and it sometimes lags when typing text or selecting different options.

    can't say that i'm having those problems with the curve. the wifi is noticeably faster than edge. i'm running 4.5.0.81. i haven't used it yet to make calls over wifi though. hopefully the firmware upgrade will take care of your problems.

    yea, the 8320 is solid. this new 4.6 software is still buggy though. still hate that I gave my 8320 to my lis sis. when I had both I preferred the GPS over the WiFi, but the thrill of GPS has passed.
