Default Unlocked T-Mobile G1 HTC Dream Almsot New Perfect Condition Black

    SOLD THANKS

Ok so I bought this on the 24th and just really wanted a phone to hold me up until the HTC Touch Pro came out and thats what it has done so now its gone. The phone has NEVER been dropped, and has always been in its protective pouch. Also the factory screen protector is still on it so the screen in literally NEVER BEEN TOUCHED.

The phone honestly could be passed off as new. It has been charged one time each night, just to tell you how many times the battery has been charged. The initial battery charge was done for 14 hours, and then drained completely. Every night I turn Wi-fi on, turn the music on, turn GPS on and play a game to drain the battery all the way down. The battery is great on this phone for the size. It actually lasts all day and thats with the screen brightness turn more than half way up and with wi-fi on all day.

I am not going to post up any data specs on the phone just the link to the HTC site. The phone runs the Google operating system, Android. Pretty cool OS, I like it a lot. I have actually tried crashing it a few times trying to do multiple things at once and flipping the screen back and forth (trying to freeze it) and the OS is smart enough to not have to completely shut down. It brings you back to your home screen after a few seconds of thinking, unlike MS 6.1.

The phone is unlocked, via a unlock code. You can see in a pic I am with AT&T so anyone with a sim card can use this phone. I will also include the unlock code just in case you ever need it again.

The phone also comes with its original 1GB sd card and I will also include adapters as pictures below as well. Also the box has all the original paperwork from the phone and the charger etc etc.

    Price is $500 obo

Yep. exactly WITH A 2 YEAR AGREEMENT...

I just sold my 3G iPhone i paid $200 for on ebay for $550.

When you buy a phone you are actually getting a HUGE discount on the actual price of it. Phone companies take a hit on the price of the phone because they make it up when they charge you each month for the next 2 years..

The HTC G1 is going fo $500 all day long on Ebay. I will post it up on ebay shortly. Just figured I would give someone the opportunity to pick it up on here.

it only cost 150 to terminate a att or t-mobile contract so 170 + 150 =320 which is < than 500 and u can keep the phone and unlock it after u terminate it.

its still a good deal if you dont want to sign a new contract. sure there are cheaper ways to do it, but you can pick up this phone and use it on w/e company.

$179.99 + tax. ETA fee is $175 plus then you ave your activation fee and yoru first months fee....so than brings you to a grand total of....

around $450....then to get it unlocked you have to be with T-Mobile for 90 days so...

AT&T, T-mobile are GSM while Verison and sprint ad CDMA.

All GSM phones use sim cards, thats why you cannot use a Sprint/Verizon on AT&T/Tmobile, and visa versa...

This phone was bought from T-Mobile. Unlocked and used on AT&T. Its a GSM phone

ALSO....the phone was unlocked thatnks to T-Mobile. I have beenw ith them since 1998 and called them up and simply asked for an unlocking code. I inserted my AT&T sim card into the phone and it asked for an unlocking code. I typed it in and the phone now allows any GSM sim card to work in it

    lol...tilt II....lol

You mean the HTC Touch Pro, the Fuze, or the P4600....

Definitely a better phone, but then again the 3G service on the G1 will only work on Tmobile, and the 3G service on the 4600 will only work on ATT.

Also dont forget the price tag, twice as much as the G1...lol

with ATT the 2G still is pretty fast. I compared it with a buddies 2G on tmobile and its much faster, and actually just a little slower at loading up web pages that tmobile 3G. DL speeds are much higher on the 3G of tmobile than the ATT 2g but that should be a given...i guess ATT's 2G really is faster than other companies 2G.
