I have been wanting a digital camera for a while now but honestly I know nothing about them. I would like something with some quality to it but nothing to break the bank. I really like the pictures with the slowed shutter timing and all that where everything gets the shooting star effect etc. I know some of yall are going wow what a noon but theres only one way to learn and thats to ask. SO anyone have something for sale or trade to help me out on this? I would really like to get into the photography scene. Thanks
