Default Just Paint the Back bumper, or whole car?

ok so, if yall remember last week my dad happened to scrap my back bumper and chip some paint off my car when he backed into it slightly last week. well, he said he would pay for it. So what Im trying to decide is if i only paint the back bumper, or if i wait a lil bit, save up some more money and then go and get the whole thing painted again, i wouldnt mind doing that, kinda needs it in my opinion, been 3 almost 4 years since it las has, has chips and dings that i cant stand anymore. so what yall thing...im sure its an obvious choice, but financially whats the best way to go?
