i have a 90 accord motor is in the car everything is in place spark is good right firing order and getting gas but the motor will not turn over it jst cranks and cranks and cranks could it be my ecu since i have p28 chipped out but it was for my last setup i had a jdm f22b boosted could this be my problem i thought it would at least start it just wouldnt read vtec need suggestions like asap.
