    I made this thread for the true motor racings fans on this site. We all appreciate great race tracks around the world like Spa, Nurburgring, Laguna Seca, and Suzuka. But there is one race track that almost never gets mentioned but those that know about it, will instantly recognize it as one of the greatest in the world. Located in Victoria Australia, it is home to the greatest touring car race in the world; The Bathurst 1000. Now in its 48th year, it continues the traditional war known as Holden Vs. Ford.

    It was dubbed Godzilla after utter domination of Bathurst. After 1992, it was forever banned and this lead to the birth of the modern V8 Supercar formula.
