Is your battery any good? The car does cut on in the ACC position doesn't it?

battery is good and the car does turn on at acc but wont start up

ok when you turn the key to the on position, do you hear the fuel pump turn on. Is your starter any good, are all your ground wires grounded.

fuel pump is good, and everything is where its apost to be
