    Here’s a few Americas Footballers most men wouldn't mind making a pass at.


    These are the girls from the New York Euphoria and Los Angeles Temptation competing in the Lingerie Football League (LFL).


    Unlike the dull mainstream NFL game, where burly, charmless men are concealed by helmets and protective padding, these lithe ladies wear a little less.


    Until recently the spectacle was only a pay-per-view alternative to the dreary, politically correct Super Bowl half-time show.

    But now 10 scantily-clad teams will compete over the course of the season next autumn.

    The new LFL – with women playing a full-contact game in helmets, sports bras and knickers - will feature a two conference format.

    The Atlanta Steam, Chicago Bliss, Miami Caliente, New England Euphoria and the Tampa Breeze will compete in the Eastern Conference.




    The Western Conference features the Dallas Desire, Los Angeles Temptation, Phoenix Scorch, San Diego Seduction and the Seattle Mist.

    And at the end of the season the 11-girl team who can prove they’re the best catch will be rewarded with the Lingerie Bowl trophy in a showdown between the conference winners.

    The competition was first played during halftime of Super Bowl XXXVIII in 2004 and featured Team Dream vs. Team Euphoria.

    Team Dream won the first game 6-0.

    Since it's debut, the Lingerie Bowl has featured such girls as former WWE wrestling valet Christy Hemme, Playboy model Katie Lohmann and pop star Willa Ford.
    The inaugural LFL season's schedule will be announced in April next year with games to air on Americas cable TV in the autumn .


    Supporters can also watch highlights of all the heart-pounding action on the league's official website, LFLUS.com.
