    Default Rockford Fosgate amps

I got one in a trade that i had to fix by an assh0le member on here (banned now )

I installed it and the power light comes on but nothing gets to the sub. Does the amp HAVE to have the Bass knob thing that plugs into it to make it work?

no it doesnt. grab your DMM and chek to see if you are getting any voltage on the output side of the amp. If you arent, then doublecheck to see if you are getting a signal to it.
