if you are talking about Sam from Tiger Racing first off he does not do slack ass work. He is one of those guys that knows the true meaning of customer satisfaction and quality. I personally know several people that have worked with him before and he is VERY respectable and definitely knows/does hes stuff correctly. More than likely the previous owner did not want to pay for the install so they installed it and Sam fixed a few things on it
secondly I know he races/drifts so finding him might be hard, when hes not at his shop. I have his personal cell number, but I cannot give that information out...sorry
