Default Pre-Varsity Euro Meet & Greet

It was bimmergirrl's idea to begin with with this thread, to start a European car club sort of thing, so we figured we'd meet up at the Varsity this Thursday before the big crowd rolls in. Hah, there's a chance for all the European cars to park near one another...my SAAB won't be lonely again.

    What do you guys think?

6:30 it is. I'm going to try to keep either of these three rows open, so look for the SAAB and park up nearby!

Lee - Enjoy yourself man. It'd be nice to have another SAAB out there, but hey no worries.

pbstarr1 - Gotcha on the reminder. Want me to send it Wednesday night, or Thursday afternoon?

Kyle - Hope you'll be able to bring your car along too.

    Haha thanks.

Long story short: driving + no gas = no work done. I hate my life.

I will still be there though.

Haha, sure we can grab the middle...everyone always asks me where my car was after these meets take place.

I'll be there between 6 and 6:30 so keep an eye out for the SAAB and park up near it. Of course, everyone's welcome...I'm just trying to get some European cars together in one place.

Only drawback is that your car isn't making full power, right? Not like I've been using full power at all. I'm the ******* on the road who's only doing five over the speed limit while everyone's doing ten to fifteen over now.

I have a "Distance To Empty" meter in my car...my new time pass is seeing how high I can get the number.

My record is 634 miles...which comes out to 41 miles per gallon!!!

I wonder how accurate that thing really is though.

I have a meter in my car that goes from 10mpg to 40 and above.
I always try to stay at 40mpg. I ranged 35mpg the last tank!
    It was awesome. lol

Tell me about it, it doesn't help that full boost is the only time our cars make decent power.

We used to have a 1987 BMW 325...first car I ever drove and it would've been my first car, but my dad sold it before I got my license. Anyway, I remember that little gauge. Ugh I miss that car.

Lol. Yeah the gauge is so high tech.
Well used to be. Id never think a regular 318i would have a mpg gauge in the mid 80's!

I'm going to try bring my E30 since I finally got the subframe bushings swapped and back together. I don't have to worry about gas as all the stations in Macon are fine and I filled up my bike this morning with premium at $4.09.

Yea, just make sure it doesn't poop everywhere like the last dog that was brought in...hah, that thing was letting massive logs out, and the owner just laughed.

Ack, I thought I posted this earlier but I guess my laptop's dying battery didn't allow that.

Anyway, I'll be there early...say 6 or 6:15 and I'll try to park up and keep some spots open. Ideally, I'd like to get either of these three rows.

    You'll see the SAAB though.
