This is the article you are referring to in your post, the one you have based your whole argument on. Obama's spokesperson (not Obama himself) just said the SIECUS has a curriculum. He didn't say that the SIECUS curriculum would be the standard used. Also, in reading the section of SIECUS that you posted... it doesn't sound that bad.
