    Exclamation 90 Toyota Celica 4 sale (400 obo)

    I have a 90 Toyota Celica 4 sale
    The car isn't running right now.
    It needs a motor, my friend was driving the car and didn't but any oil in the car now the motor has locked up.
    The mileage on the car is 200,000.
    The car needs towing ASAP. It's on a major hwy.
    Accepting any offers at this time.
    Clean title.
