    Default So after almost a Year without caffeine......

    I started drinking Mt. Dew again this weekend..................I'm Fvcking Hyper as SH!T and my heart feels like it might explode

    I drink the SH!T because it tastes good, not for the caffeine.....that 5 hr energy is a scam. Its just a overdose of vitamin B/D and A and a small hint of caffeine.....i already take a multi vitamin, so i get that already

    I was drinking a large coffee in the morning, 3-4 vaults during the day, a large coffee in the afternoon, and coca-cola and sweet tea and (whatever the imitation Red Bull we had at the bar was) all night... probably 1000 milligrams+ of caffeine every 24 hours. I worked 2 jobs for most of that time so I was able to sleep it off OK.

    After I left my second job I cut back on drinking coke all night. But I still drank the coffee and vault. I quite cold turkey about 5 months ago. I had a headache for a week, straight.

    I had 2 coca colas yesterday and I'm still bouncing off the walls. I can see myself having a little bit every now and then as a pick-me-up. Its better to use it rarely because it has more effect. Back when I was using a lot of caffeine I had to keep it up just to feel normal.

    I quit drinking sodas 4 years ago and then had 3 Dews last Sunday. OMG I was wired. I felt a little rough afterwards so I'm back to no more sodas.

    yeah i'm going to have to give it a rest.....i stopped when i started working out daily, but this thursday-sunday i've had so much beer i figured what the hell
