    Default RANT(With Picture)

    So I was heading up to the Georgia Bulldogs game last week to visit my best friend Suzy, and there was a wreck on I-85 right at the 316 exit which is the fastest way to get to Athens. I decided that since traffic is backed up 30 miles, I'll detour and take back roads to a few exits up on 316. I'm driving down HWY 29 when some twat waffle thinks she can pull out in front of me. Keep in mind that I was less than 20 ft back?!?! WTF? So I swerve into the 2nd lane missing her rear bumper by less than 6 inches. As I frantically attempted to avoid an accident I failed to realize that the stop light at the intersection a few yards in front of me had turned yellow then red. I was already in the middle of the street by the time I noticed this and decided to just get out of the crossroads. When avoiding the **** bucket I slammed on my brakes and by the time I was in the intersection I was only going 16 mph. I didn't think anything of it I just kept going hoping that there wasn't a cop that had watched me run the traffic light. Nothing.


    Today I got this in the mail....

    Damn that sucks! Well if they got that on camera then they should have the part where she pulled out infront of you. Tell them you were trying to avoid an accident.

    It's an automated camera, so it only catches that part of the intersection. The girl pulled out before the camera caught anything.

    And Reaper, I'm going to fight it...I'm just going to say that it makes no sense to run a redlight in the middle of a busy intersection going 16 mph.
