TW 2001 GSXR 600..... w/ extras

Well I really hate to sale it but money is tight right now so thinking of selling my bike... Its a 2001 Gsxr 600.. mods are 750 braced rear swingarm, aluminum mirror block off plates, 10k HID's, vortex keyless gas cap, lockhart & phillips tinted speedscreen, just installed new gold rk gold 520 chain, asv shorty brake lever, anodized black vortex rear sprocket +2 teeth and -1 tooth front sprocket this weekend, stator recently replaced and battery is less than 6 months old. also changed oil with repsol synthetic and new plugs installed this weekend. comes with solo tail piece and rear seat. Bike runs very strong, still pulls up 2nd gear power wheelies with ease. Reads 14,500 miles but actually has a little less because the speedo is off for some reason..

The bad: some of the fairings have cracks and the bike could use a good paint job (rattle canned white right now) and a on the front upper fairing you can tell where it was repaired before, wheels could use polishing on the lips, and as i mentioned above the speedo is off a good bit.

asking 3500.00 obo also comes with clymer service manual and a joe rocket gsxr champion jacket black/grey

Nope... Cause your wanting to sell a bike that is almost 8 years old and has obviously been "stunted" for the same money you can get a much better bike for. Keep trying though I am sure you'll get 2,800 for it.

there is a big difference in riding a wheelie and stunting a bike, my bike is maintenanced when it needs to be and well taken care of, you tell me how it hurts a bike to be wheelied. maybe bad on the tranny if you are clutching it up but i have never clutched my bike up. And you find me a better bike w/ a clean title for less than 4,000 that runs as flawless as mine, and i know several people on here that will vouch that.

Not going to argue with you man. Just stating that everyone with a bike thinks that it is made of gold and is not subject to depreciation and book value. Good luck with your sale and I hope it works out for you.

well thats pretty much the facts, bike's don't depreciate as cars do, who cares what a book says something is worth.. and i'm not trying to argue with you either but you obviously know nothing about bikes if you think that my bike is worth $2800, i have seen "stunt" bikes in far worse shape with no title go for 3,000

-clutch- whether you say you do or not
-sprockets and chains-
-fairing stays and plastic.... spray painted, cracked, body work

Its a Suzuki. I don't care if it is a gixxxxttsxxxxer its not worth that much. 15,000 miles

Bike needs:
Blinkers front and rear
Tag bracket
mirrors
Chain maintanence

The only people who want these bikes are squids and stunnners. Not saying there bad bikes but not 4k good.

you might want to read the post noob before you tell me what the bike needs, says bike has brand new chain and sprockets, i still have the mirrors to go with the bike and has a tag bracket, so that leaves blinkers which cost 39.00 for a set of flush mounts.. and if you will also read bike comes with a 280.00 helmet, 210.00 jacket, a 150.00 rear stand and right behind 4000.00 says best offer
