chopped and screwed is not where its at right now. that was 2 years ago. Texas artists fell off, including Florida artists. The south is still on top.

If 3-6 is the best the south has to offer, I'd say the south is pretty much dead last. There's way better stuff coming out of the south than 3-6's new trash.

3-6 and there affiliates are a part of the south, especially the car scene arounf the turn of the century. Not as strong as they were but they Dominated back in 98-01 or so.
